이다희 작가는 조율된 소리의 집합이 음악이 되도록 하는 체계에 매료되어 지나가는 시간을 멈추어 순간을 기록한다. 지난 10년간 클래식 음악 5가지 기준에 따라 체계를 구축하고 데이터를 수집하여 음악의 잘린 면에 이어 붙였을 때 두 동강이 난 접시의 파편처럼 정확히 맞물리도록 음악 번안 시스템을 고안하여 작품으로 표현한다. <푸른 전주곡 WTC BWV853>은 바흐 음악의 형식미와 아름다운 구성 요소에 매료되어 시간을 기록한 이다희 작가의 대표작이다.
서울문화재단의 지원받아 제작된 작가의 인터뷰 영상과 완판본문화관과의 특별한 협업으로 탄생한 판각 오브제를 통해 작가가 10년 동안 탐구한 음악의 순간적 아름다움,'음악번안시스템’을 세계를 폭넓게 느낄 수 있다.
이번 전시는 안다즈 4주년을 맞이하여 뱅앤올룹슨과 함께 푸른전주곡 시그니처 작품 12점을 단독으로 선보입니다.

The artist Lee Da Hee is captivated by the system that transforms a collection of harmonized sounds into music and records moments by pausing the passage of time. Over the past 10 years, she has constructed a system based on five criteria of classical music, collecting data and ingeniously designing an music variation system where fragmented pieces of music fit together exactly like the pieces of a broken plate. <Blue Prelude WTC BWV853> stands as Lee Da Hee’s masterpiece, where he has been enamored by the formal aesthetics and beautiful components of Bach's music while recording time.
With support from the Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture, the artist's interview videos and a special collaboration with the Wanpanbon Cultural Center have given birth to the Pan-Gak Objets d'Art, allowing audiences to experience the instantaneous beauty of music and the concept of the 'music variation system' that Lee Da Hee has been exploring for a decade on a global scale.
In celebration of the 4th anniversary of Andaz Seoul Gangnam, this exhibition presents 12 exclusive pieces of Lee Da hee’s signature work, Blue Prelude, in collaboration with Bang & Olufsen.
